These terms cover Sadie's Scanner at sadiesscanner.com ("the site") and the scanner members use there. Sadie's Scanner is sold by 888 Studio ("we", "us") through Whop. By buying or using it, you agree to these terms.

What you get

A members page with a chart tool for gold. It checks gold prices every minute and shows when a known price shape shows up, with lines for where a trade could start, where to get out if it goes wrong, and where to take profit. It also shows how each shape did on past prices.

What it is not

• It is not financial advice, and nothing on the site tells you what you should do with your money.
• It does not trade for you. It never connects to your broker or your money.
• It can't tell the future. Shapes fail. Results on past prices don't promise anything about future prices.
• Trading can lose money, including all of what you put in. Every trade you place is your own choice and your own risk.

Sadie is an AI-made host. She is not a real person, and she has no trading history or results.

Paying and cancelling

Payments are taken by Whop, which handles your card details. The price and billing period are shown at checkout. Your membership renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the time you already paid for.

Your login

You log in with your Whop account. The membership is for you only. Please don't share your login, resell access, or copy the scanner or its data. We can end access for anyone who does.

When things go wrong

We work to keep the scanner running, but prices can arrive late, the page can go down, and shapes can be drawn wrong. The site is offered "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any trading losses or other losses that come from using it, and our total responsibility to you is no more than what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Broker link

The site suggests a broker. We may get paid by that broker when you sign up. It costs you nothing extra. The broker is a separate company with its own terms, and you can use any broker you like.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for paying members, we will tell them before it applies.
